Moxie Jean Refund Policy

We happily grant refunds for any product that does not meet your expectations. 

Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If relevant, we will contact you to determine how to proceed: either a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or we will provide store credit. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds take time, and we appreciate your patience. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you can mail the product you want to return in the Moxie Jean mailer bag that arrived in your order. This is a slow shipment method, so you may also want to email hello@moxiejean.com to start your return process.
